A <strong>hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> no <strong>desporto<\/strong> \u00e9 crucial, uma vez que o corpo est\u00e1 a ser levado a executar um alto desempenho a n\u00edvel motor, card\u00edaco, pulmonar, t\u00e9rmico e tamb\u00e9m a n\u00edvel cognitivo e neurol\u00f3gico: foco, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e tomada de decis\u00f5es, em especial em desportos n\u00e3o individuais. Assim, a <strong>hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o <\/strong>desempenha um papel fundamental no <strong>desporto<\/strong>, pois a perda de \u00e1gua atrav\u00e9s da transpira\u00e7\u00e3o (condicionando desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o) pode comprometer a resist\u00eancia, a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, diminuindo de modo significativo o rendimento desportivo. Apesar de variar de <strong>desporto<\/strong> para <strong>desporto<\/strong>, a reposi\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua antes, durante e ap\u00f3s a pr\u00e1tica desportiva \u00e9 crucial para assegurar um bom desempenho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde 2007 que se tem investigado sobre os benef\u00edcios acrescidos da hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o dos desportistas com <strong>\u00e1gua hidrogenada<\/strong> (rica em hidrog\u00e9nio molecular), entre eles: melhorar a <em>performance<\/em> e acelerar a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o muscular. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Benef\u00edcios da \u00c1gua Hidrogenada na Pr\u00e1tica Desportiva<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pr\u00e1tica desportiva de moderada a intensa condiciona sobrecarga celular excessiva e esta, condiciona envelhecimento por: desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, acidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, gasto energ\u00e9tico (descarrega as \u201cpilhas\u201d existentes nas mitoc\u00f4ndrias), produ\u00e7\u00e3o excessiva de res\u00edduos celulares t\u00f3xicos (os radicais livres de oxig\u00e9nio) \u2013 o denominado <em>stress<\/em> oxidativo -, encurtamento dos tel\u00f3meros (\u201cpontas\u201d protetoras do ADN), entre outros fen\u00f3menos. H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m uma sobrecarga direta sobre \u00f3rg\u00e3os-chave e suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, com consequ\u00eancias na resposta cardiovascular, na efici\u00eancia pulmonar, no desempenho muscular e na termorregula\u00e7\u00e3o do corpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>\u00e1gua hidrogenada <\/strong>\u00e9 uma \u00e1gua rica em hidrog\u00e9nio molecular (H<strong><sub>2<\/sub><\/strong>) que se apresenta sob a forma de g\u00e1s e cuja mol\u00e9cula \u00e9 min\u00fascula. Assim, ao beber esta \u00e1gua, o H<strong><sub>2<\/sub><\/strong> passa atrav\u00e9s da mucosa do aparelho digestivo para o sangue e, da\u00ed, chega a todas as c\u00e9lulas de modo imediato. Para cada <strong>desporto<\/strong> existem indica\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas relativamente ao volume e <em>timing<\/em> de ingest\u00e3o de \u00e1gua. No entanto, de modo geral, recomenda-se a ingest\u00e3o de 3 a 5 dl cerca de 30 minutos antes do treino, para preparar o organismo com uma reserva anti-oxidante; e tomar ap\u00f3s o treino, igual quantidade ou a necess\u00e1ria, para acelerar a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o cardiovascular, minorar a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de cansa\u00e7o ou exaust\u00e3o f\u00edsica, assim como a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o mais r\u00e1pida das dores musculares. Em treinos prolongados ou exigentes, tamb\u00e9m pode ser bebida em pequenas quantidades durante o exerc\u00edcio. No total, os atletas geralmente beneficiam de 1 a 1,5 litros por dia, ou mais, ajustando conforme o tipo de desporto, as necessidades pessoais e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas.
