Thank you for shopping at LifeWellness. We take pride in the quality and effectiveness of our health and wellness products, including our flagship Zenith water purification system. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have a certain amount of days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged/Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately for assistance. LifeWellness stands by the quality of our products and will provide a replacement or refund for any items that arrive damaged or defective, subject to our warranty policies.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for refunds. Please contact us if you have questions about your item’s return eligibility.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email for instructions.
