Thank you for shopping with us at LifeWellness. We are committed to ensuring the timely and safe delivery of your order. Below are the details of our Shipping Policy.

Processing Your Order

Choose the product you want to buy and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button. At this stage, you can continue your shopping, viewing other products to add to your cart, or you can complete your purchase by clicking the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button.

After you have added all the products you wish to order to your cart, the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button will take you to a summary screen of your order. Here, you can consult various information regarding your order, such as the products included in it and their total cost. By clicking on “FINALIZE ORDER”, you will be redirected to the last purchase procedures, divided into 3 simple and informative steps:

-SHIPPING

At this stage, you will be able to choose the location where you will receive your order, the transport service that will transport your purchases and you will also have an estimate of when you will receive your products. By clicking on “NEXT STEP”, proceed to the third step, “PAYMENT”.

-PAYMENT

Among the various payment methods we offer, this step will give you the option to choose the most convenient method for you. You can also specify your billing address. By clicking on “NEXT STEP”, you will proceed to the fourth and final step of the process, “CONFIRMATION”.

-CONFIRMATION

Here, you will have access to all the data relating to your order, from the products included in it to the total purchase price. After checking that all order details are in accordance with your request, click on the “FINALIZE ORDER” button. This button will redirect you to the corresponding payment platform of your choice.

After these steps, you will receive a confirmation email, where you will find data such as your order number and other relevant information.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, LifeWellness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For customers with a delivery address within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with the local laws of each country. The VAT rate for your order will be reflected on the order summary page, your order confirmation email and the invoice we will give you with your order.

Delivery Restrictions
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Delivery services are subject to the shipping carrier’s terms and conditions.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions or may not be shipped to specific countries.
When will I receive the order?

Deadlines for order deliveries are estimated from the date of order processing and according to the company  that makes the delivery. Normally, you should receive your order within 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

For Madeira, deliveries are made within 3 to 5 working days by plane and 7 to 15 days by boat. In the case of deliveries to the Azores, the deadline is 4 to 15 days by plane and 7 to 15 days by boat. In both archipelagos, delivery time varies depending on the destination island and the weight of the order.

For Europe, the delivery time is at least 3 working days and, for the Rest of the World, 10 working days.

These delivery times count from the day the shipment is made (excluding holidays in the country of origin and destination). This time is an estimate and may vary according to each country and specific internal procedures (customs clearance, etc.).

Upon delivery, please always check the external condition of the order box for visible damage. If there is visible external damage, please reject the order, or accept it and contact us afterwards.

If the order is lost, or it is unable to be delivered to the recipient, the anomaly detection service may take up to 14 working days to confirm the occurrence. During this period no refunds can be made.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of the dispatch date:

Confirm that the delivery address is correct;

  • There is an error with my order or I received a damaged item

Upon delivery, check the condition of the packaging. If it has serious external damage, you may refuse the order (in this case, without opening it). Otherwise, we suggest opening the packaging, still in the presence of the courier, to confirm the integrity of the item(s). If the item(s) presents any damage resulting from transport, you must mention this situation on the proof of delivery that will be presented to you at the time.

If there is a problem after receiving your order (missing item, or swapping item(s)…) we ask that you contact our team on suporte@life-wellness.eu within the next 24 hours.

We undertake to exchange, or refund damaged products, items that do not correspond to your order, unless we experience a stock out of the products in question. In order to correct this situation, you will need to inform us of your decision within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same conditions in which you received it within 7 days of receipt. Contact us to provide you with the Return Authorization Note.

Change or cancel orders

You have the possibility to change the data, or cancel all or part of your order, if it has not yet been shipped. To do this, you must contact Customer Service via email suporte@life-wellness.eu

If your order has already been shipped and after receiving it the content is not what you ordered, please inform the Support service via email suporte@life-wellness.eu. You will then receive, free of shipping costs, the product initially ordered and in the same At this point, the wrong order will be collected.

If upon receiving your order you notice that the outer packaging is damaged and does not appear to be in the best condition, for your safety, please indicate on the courier’s device or transport guide that you have received the order but have reservations about it.

Returns and exchanges
  • Undelivered orders

In the event that an order is not delivered for reasons attributable to us (e.g. loss), the full amount paid will be refunded.

If the reason for “non-delivery” is attributable to the customer, the amount to be refunded will be deducted from the shipping and return costs.

  • Canceled orders

Cancellation of an order is only possible if payment has not yet been made and the order has not yet been processed

  • How to return or exchange an order

Contact us via email suporte@life-wellness.eu, indicating order number, copy of the invoice, photograph of the product in question and description of the problem. After this contact, you will be provided with the necessary information to proceed with the exchange or return.

Important: Under no circumstances send articles without prior contact as they will not be received.

Note 1: Shipping costs to our address are borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return or exchange is attributable to us or the carrier.

Note 2: Exchange or refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

Order returns

The maximum period for returning or exchanging an order is 14 days after receipt.

Returns are only accepted if the products are in their original, undamaged packaging, accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.

 

Products returned after a maximum period of 14 days

After 14 days of receipt of the order, any return or exchange of products will only be taken into consideration if “just cause” is invoked and accepted by us.

Exchanges and refunds
  • Procedures

Payment of the refund will be made using the same method as that used when paying for the initial order.

  • Costs

If the reason for the return is attributable to us (e.g. defective product or error in processing the order), we will refund the entire amount paid by the customer.

However, if we are ordering several products and only one part is subject to return or exchange, a refund of shipping costs will not be processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method chosen at checkout. International shipments may incur additional charges such as customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
